DESCRIPTION:We are hoping to organise a trip to Ailefroide\, Ecrins in France for alpinism\, multi-pitch rock climbing\, hill walking\, via ferrata and more. \n\nDate: Approx Sunday 25th June – Sunday 2nd July\nLocation: Ailefroide\, Ecrins\nTravel: Either drive OR fly. This can be discussed with the attending group. We’ll still need to rent cars in France if flying in.\nSleeping arrangements: Campsite (https://ailefroide.fr/camping/bienvenue/) / Gites\nOrganiser: Christine\nRegistration Form: Registration is now closed 🙂\nInsurance: This is an overseas meet\, please make sure to get yourselves outdoor sports insurance (i.e. BMC https://www.thebmc.co.uk/modules/insurance/)that matches your chosen activities for the period of time you are away.\n\nYou will be added to a discussion group so everyone can be kept updated. An email has gone out to members and prospectives on our mailing lists. \nIf you are a prospective and we have not climbed or walked with you\, we’d like to meet with you first. We are happy to try to help you find decently priced gear or ask members if they have any extras.
