DESCRIPTION:We have teamed up with a local Pilates instructor to put on this ‘Pilates for Climbers’ taster session. \nElsie will demonstrate how Pilates can benefit us climbers and how we can apply it directly on the walls. \nYou can read more about her approach here : https://www.elsiemartins.com/pilatesforclimbers \nWhy not come along and have a go! \nDate: 23rd October 2021 \nLocation: EVOKE Fitness Studio (near The Castle Climbing Centre) – https://www.weareevoke.com/ \nTime: 14:00 \nRegister your interest with Oli : training@themmc.org.uk  \nAll equipment will be provided\, though you may prefer to bring your own mat if you have one you like to work with. \nYou will need comfortable clothing you can freely move and stretch in\, just like you would wear to climb\, and there are changing rooms on site if you would like to use them. \nElsie is not charging us\, but we are asking for a £3 deposit to cover the cost of the room hire and to secure your spot as spaces are limited. \nSome people might go climbing at The Castle before the class\, and some people might go to the pub afterwards!
