DESCRIPTION:The Wye Valley has trad single and multi pitch climbing available on the limestone river valley cliffs as well as great walking or canoeing along the river. The campsite has a relaxed with real campfires. \nHere you will find all styles of climbing across a wide range of grades generally on limestone rock. Symonds Yat\, Shorncliff and Wyndcliff offer mainly single-pitch traditional routes. \nThe Wye Valley is also excellent walking territory\, offering the dedicated hiker a wealth of interest and variety – from spectacular viewpoints overlooking the Wye to quiet wooded trails. \nPerhaps the most unspoilt river valley in Britain\, the Wye flows though breathtaking scenery rich in both Welsh and English history. DESCRIPTION:The best bouldering in Europe it’s as simple as that. \n  \nWhere \nLa Musardiere campsite just outside Milly-la-Foret on the edge of the Trois Pignons Forest.  We will be travelling by Eurotunnel or ferry so please try and get in touch early as this will make organising travel a lot easier.  If you wish to make other travel plans let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. \nWhat to bring \nThe regular camping kit and a pair of climbing shoes (left and right Nick).  There are quite a number of bouldering mats among the regulars so this is not essential but if you have one bring it.  The camp site is a fair walk from the town and the weather is normally mild enough that cooking in the camp site is fun so bring a stove or at the least a plate and gratitude to anyone who brings a bit pot. \nHow to book \nJust let me know if you wish to come and I’ll endeavour to organise transport.  No need to pay in advance but please remember (particularly if you are a passenger) that people will be booking ferries and will be out of pocket if you pull out.  The camping is about 10 euros per night for reference.
