If you can tie-in without help and belay safely indoors\, join us on Saturday 6 April 19 (keep Sunday 7 April 19 in reserve in case of rain on Saturday)\, for a repeat of our hugely popular social outdoor top roping event at Bowles’s Rocks. It is accessible by train from London. Experienced members will put up top ropes on numerous routes of different styles for you to try. Meet others new to outdoor climbing and enjoy a drink or dinner in a nearby pub in the early evening. DESCRIPTION:Bouldering folks! \nAs an alternate to Cornwall\, there is the option of the long overdue return to Font and finest bouldering in Europe. \nWhat: The best bouldering in Europe it’s as simple as that. And the croissants\, they’re good too. \nThere are plenty of circuits (which are great fun) at a number of grades whether you are after oranges or want to do red lines or off circuit problems. \n====== \nWhen: Departing Thursday evening 18th – 22nd April. \nTravel: We will be travelling by Eurotunnel or ferry so please try and get in touch early as this will make organising travel a lot easier. \nWhere: La Musardiere campsite just outside Milly-la-Foret on the edge of the Trois Pignons Forest. Camping here is approximately 10 Euros per night. \nKit: Camping gear\, including a stove. DESCRIPTION:Spectacular coastal walking and (arguably) the best granite climbing this side of Chamonix – and on sea cliffs for extra atmosphere! Pretty fishing harbours and the Tate St Ives\, Barbara Hepworth House etc etc.\, tea shops\, fancy restaurants\, fish n chips.  \n     \nWe have eight beds in a bunk house (in 4 twin rooms) with the option to book more space in the open loft space. Camping and campervans also welcome on site. Location: near Halsetown in the St Ives area. \n

DESCRIPTION:It’s mountain film season! Woop! I hope you all enjoyed BANFF. \nMountains on Stage is back and showing at Vue Islington on Tues 23rd and Weds 24th April. Some of us are going so join us if you can! \nThe films continue until quite late in the evening\, so pre-film session food is strongly recommended.
