This is our training meet!

Yup, we’ve moved our training meet later this year to June and to the Wye Valley as the weather is kinder and access to the area easier to get to. 🙂

If you’re a prospective or a member without outdoor climbing experience looking to join in with our outdoor climbing, please get in touch well in advance so we can arrange to meet you indoors, you’ll need basic indoor rope climbing skills and equipment to join the training weekend.

The training will cover: bottom and top roping outdoors, abseiling, seconding lead climbers on trad climbs. If we have time we’ll cover traditional gear placements, building anchors, and more.

Walkers and members are welcome as always! Prospective members will be excited to spend time with you all too.
